Peach Cobbler
Peach Cobbler
Here in Georgia, the Peach State, our sweet and tasty peaches are in season! We love to eat peaches many different ways, but my favorite has to be this quick and easy cobbler. It is a must have treat in the sultry summertime!
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 35-45 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup bisquick
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup milk
• 1 quart fresh peaches
DIRECTIONS
• Melt butter in bottom of 8 × 8 baking dish. Combine well 1 cup each bisquick, sugar, and milk. Pour mixture over butter in pan. Pour in 1 quart of peaches. Bake at 350 deg for 35 - 45 minutes.
SERVING SIZE & PAIRING SUGGESTIONS
6-8 servings
This is wonderful served warm with vanilla ice cream! Another variation that is very good is substituting the peaches for fresh blueberries.
